Kinetics of existing breast implant
Top shell(including from part A to B)is more pliable than bottom shell and patch by different thickness and patch structure.
If implant has stretching motion by stress, top shell is much thinner and more stretchable than bottom part.
Therefore, top shell (especially, part A) is much weaker for continuous fatigue (stress). Actually, most of the rupture point of breast implant is around part A.
